At this year’s annual planning meeting, staff members separated into small groups by project for a strategic planning exercise. They discussed the strengths and weaknesses of their projects and made recommendations for improvement. This information was then shared with the entire DDP staff.

Last week the DDP staff traveled to the Catholic Retreat Center in Sihanoukville to attend the DDP Annual Staff Meeting. At the meeting the staff participated in a programming evaluation. There were also presentations by all Project Managers, the Program Manager and the new Child Protection Compliance Officer.
