Deaf National Football Team
Cambodia lost to Thailand in a friendly football match yesterday, here in Phnom Penh but they will face off again in December at the 1st ASEAN Deaf Football Championship. This is the first time a Cambodian Deaf football team will compete on a national level and, in the match yesterday, they showed great promise. Thailand scored early in the game but Cambodia immediately responded with two goals. Win or lose in the games, we could not be more proud of the efforts from those involved in making this happen and the players who will be representing our country.
