Moving the committee’s furniture
The Maryknoll Deaf Development Programme (DDP) and Krousar Thmey have established a Sign Language Committee to work at promoting a common sign language for Cambodia. This effort is funded by the Pre-College Education Network of the National Technical Institute for the Deaf in Rochester, New York. The office has been operating from the DDP building but it was decided to move operations to the Krousar Thmey campus. Much of the materials for the committee work moved earlier but finally today a truck came to move the desks and filing cabinets and other large furniture to Krousar Thmey.
