Preparation for Deaf Week
Next week, 1-6 September, the Maryknoll Deaf Development Programme will celebrate the International Deaf Week. This week most of the staff are preparing exhibits, activities, and various programs that will fill the six days. This morning the members of the interpreter training program spread their materials over the meeting room floor to prepare some cards for an exhibit, and in the afternoon the staff of the Sign Language Project started preparations for an activity they will host on Saturday morning, the last day of the celebration.
